Little and fairly clean hotel with nice view of the park. Amazing and incredible location around 4-6 minutes walk from Backpackers area. Great restaurant not too far away from the property.

New-fashioned a twin room, exceptionally comfortable beds. Good choice of great food for meals. Location just next door to restaurant choices, Close to the market, and HCMC / Saigon...

The service offered was first-class. They gave me a decent size room with balcony and magnificent breakfast, for example. The daily breakfast was delicious with local food and also drink to satisfy most tastes. Location: the hotel was near to park 29/3 and Binh Tan Market around the corner, bars and restaurants and restaurant choices.

Shame the bathroom was a bit small.

Location: the hotel was near the major tourist and transport bus stops, airport, and the center of Ho Chi Minh activities. The breakfast was exceptionally good with plenty of great food.

Location is good, very close to the busiest streets in the area. Good for travelers who want to drink till late at night. Hotel facilities were generally very clean and neat. Hotel Staff were very helpful and attentive. In over all, I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wish to stay at a reasonablly priced hotel with convenient location for bar hopping.

Some roomes have no windows.

Nice clean hotel , Friendly Staffs , Specious room (913) in addition to Free Internet facility trhat one can read and respond to one incoming E-mails , it is also close to the city center and various tourist attractions . The fact that it within easy access to shops restaurants etc..etc makes it even more comfortable and convinient . Generally the entire hotel is in my very clean and safe. Overall a very good Hotel and it is wrth the money . Good work Vien Dong .

Clean ,Good location ,and good valuev for the Money.

As low-budget travelers, we were delighted with the free room upgrade and the superb location. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The spacious rooms and nice decor were impressive, especially considering the affordable price. The breakfast provided was also delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.

A bit far from the market,you have to take a cab,but not so troublesome,no muslim food for breakfast,but there is cereals and bread,the bed is a queen size bed it should be king size bed since the room is big spacious,overalls everythings is ok.

Busy neighborhood, double charging credit cards, first, before arrival as opposed to the Booked.net's policy and second, upon checking out, no manager on duty at the front desk, hotel staff has difficulty to communicate in english

The hotel is located on the edge of the backpacker area, just across from a lovely park. Its chaotic location puts you close to all the sights Saigon has to offer. The room is basic but includes all the necessities, such as a safe and cable TV. The breakfast buffet offers many different options.

The hotel staff can be unfriendly towards visitors.

We had smelly protecting (plastic) curtain in the bathroom.

Very very noisy room facing park ,customers should be told before booking and get discount or extra sound proofing is required. This is very loud (have been in a lot of hotels). Only 1 - very slow 2 slice toaster for the whole of the breakfast room.

This hotel is definitely good value, with prices that won't break the bank. The location in District 1 is ideal, right in the center of the backpacker area and in front of a beautiful park. The staff are attentive and the rooms come with all the necessary amenities, including a patio and a magnificent breakfast. The view from the room is fantastic, especially in the morning. this hotel offers great value for money.

Location is good.

Hotel receptionist didn't seem happy that we were there, they rarely smile. The bellboys smile a lot and are always eager to take even 1 small bag to your room, i hope its not because they were waiting to be tipped.
